In its inception in 1992, Dyarco started by representing foreign companies operating in the oil & gas sector. Over the years, the group took advantage of the various business opportunities developed through the growth of Qatar as a strong economy .

Intergroup is fully owned by Dyarco International Group , a Al Neama Holding Group company. Intergroup WLL was originally established 40 years ago . Intergroup , also have vested interests in Shipping, Logistics , Warehousing etc. in addition to many other service sectors.
